Usuki City, Oita Prefecture|"Taku delivery" started by taxi to deliver food from 65 restaurants
On Monday, May 17, 2021, the Usuki City Tourism Association in Oita Prefecture launched a "Taku Delivery" service in which taxis deliver items to customers who order a menu item of 1,000 yen or more at a participating restaurant. If you use it by July 31st, you will receive a 1,000 yen discount from the delivery fee (taximeter).

There are 65 restaurants eligible for "Tak Delivery" and are introduced in the booklet "Usukin Stomach Book Preservation Version" produced by the city. PDF viewing is also possible on the Internet. When a user orders food from a restaurant, the restaurant arranges a taxi company to ship the food. The taxi company pays for the food in advance, and the user pays the taxi company for the food.
Eligible restaurants include Usuki's famous fugu cuisine and local fish cuisine kappo restaurants, izakayas, Western-style restaurants, cafes, cafes, etc.
According to the Usuki City Tourism Association, "Taku delivery is intended for use by residents and workers in Usuki City, but orders from tourists and business travelers are also welcome."
