Until Sunday, May 15, the park is holding an event called "Fuji no Hana Monogatari" to welcome the best viewing of various wisterias. More than 350 wisteria trees are in bloom, including a 160-year-old large wisteria, a white wisteria tunnel, and kibana wisteria.
Among them, Oto is the only one from Japan to be selected as one of CNN's "10 Dream Travel Destinations in the World in 2014" and is popular among women because of its Instagrammability.
In "Fuji no Hana Monogatari", wisteria is lit up until May 15 (Sunday). The opening hours of the park will change during the event period.

The admission fee is 1,900 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for children for one day (until closing), and 1,700 yen for adults and 900 yen for children only at night (17:30~). Tickets are on sale until 30 minutes before closing.
