Popular glamping facility Sora in Kitashiga|Expansion of accommodation building and opening of BBQ area for day trips
Ryuo Mountain Resort Sora Terrace in Kitashiga, Nagano Prefecture will open on Saturday, July 9 at the glamping facility "Sora Glamping Resort" with a new accommodation building and BBQ area.
The concept of the facility is "Encounter the sea of clouds in the wilderness of Nagano." Accommodation buildings are lined up on the slopes of ski resorts at an altitude of 1,000 meters or more. This season, we have expanded the number of domed tents (4 buildings) and Unkai cabins (1 building) that can accommodate 2~4 people, bringing the total to 15. In mid-July, a BBQ area will be opened for day trips.
The price (1 night and 2 meals) is 18,800 yen ~ for a dome tent and 23,800 yen ~ for a suite cabin per adult. 4 years old ~ elementary school students get a 2,500 yen discount and infants are free. 5,000 yen for a dog. Meals for dogs are included.
Guests can ride the large ropeway that ascends to the 1,770-meter-high Sora Terrace, which overlooks the sea of clouds and sunset in the Alps. Day trips to the BBQ area will also come with a ticket.
Sora Terrace is popular because it overlooks the sea of clouds. In the evening, there is a high probability of a sea of clouds. The ropeway stop is a 5-minute walk from the glamping area. You can aim for the top of the mountain according to the occurrence of the sea of clouds. The rope web runs every 20 minutes.
It will be open from July 9th ~ October 23rd (closed 9/5~9/9).
