Kishu Takada Fruit Garden (Minabe Town, Wakayama Prefecture), the birthplace of the best variety "Kishu Minami Takaume", is recruiting about 50 participants each day as a "plum harvest experience" project from June 5 (Sunday) ~ June 20 (Monday).

The plum harvest begins in June, when the Japan archipelago enters the rainy season.
In the "Plum Harvesting Experience", you will harvest the organic JAS-grown plum (Takada plum) that Takada Fruit Garden, which is currently focusing on the mother tree of the roots of the Kishu Minamitaka plum, is currently focusing on.

"Kishu Minami Takaume" began in the 35th year of the Meiji era when Mr. Sadakusu Takada, the predecessor of Takada Fruit Garden, planted 60 plum saplings to turn the mulberry field into a plum field. One of the excellent varieties became the mother tree, and after that, after a research survey, "Kishu Minami Takaume" was born. The mother tree is still in the garden and blooms every year.
