The theme of the new business format "String" is "fusion of tradition and innovation". This is the second store following the first store that opened under the JR Yurakucho Station overpass in March last year.

At noon, soba noodles and udon noodles, which are homemade raw noodles manufactured at the Yokogawa main store factory in Gunma, are served as if they were near the station. In the evening, we offer a one-dish dish using ingredients from Gunma and Nagano and local sake so that you can enjoy soba noodles. For soba noodles and dishes of one dish, we use Mashiko ware pottery, which is familiar from Toge no Kamameshi.

Toge no Kamameshi (paper containers and pottery) is sold to go. At the time of opening, the pottery kamameshi will be available for pre-order (confirmation required).

Business hours are 11:00~15:00 in the afternoon and 17:00~23:00 in the evening (closed on Sundays).
