On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the opening of the Joetsu Shinkansen on Tuesday, November 15 this fall, JR East'Japan s Niigata Branch will implement the "Yumetoki Project" using one of the Joetsu Shinkansen "Toki" cars to realize the dream of general applicants.
The theme of the project is "Time of Dreams." The train section when making the winner's dream come true is from "Niigata Station" ~ "Omiya Station" (one way).
The application period is July 15 (Friday) ~ August 18 (Monday). How to apply summarizes the "dream title", "dream content", "number of participants", and other applicant information (free format), and applies by e-mail to the Yumetoki Project Secretariat (yumetokiproject@jeki.jp). Children under the age of 18 must fill in the name and contact information of a guardian. Winners will be notified by email around mid-August. Specific trains and cars will be decided in coordination with the winners.
