Amami Brewery, the only craft brewery in the Amami Oshima Archipelago|Shipment starts in early August
Amami Brewery (Naze, Amami City), the only craft beer brewery in the Amami Oshima Archipelago operated by Amami DNA, will start brewing and shipping original craft beer with a tasting event on August 2 (Tuesday) and 3 (Wednesday) as a kickoff.
Amami Brewery obtained a manufacturing license for craft beer breweries on July 7 this year. In the past, we manufactured and sold craft beer on an OEM basis. In the future, we will brew and ship four types of craft beers at our own brewery, including "Shimabanana Weizen" and "Pure Brown Sugar Fighting Bull Brown Ale". The brewery has a shop and a beer hall.
From now on, after the tasting event, pineapple craft beer will be sold in August. The company plans to have a grand opening this fall and offer an IPA in the fall. It will be used for the period of preparation of taste and quality until the grand opening.
Environmentally friendly businesses are planned, such as using an electric heat source and using malt waste as feed for island pigs.
The shop and beer hall are open from 9:00~23:00 (17:00~) and closed on Thursdays.
