On Thursday, July 28, the Okhotsk Garinko Tower in Monbetsu City, Hokkaido, will hold the grand opening of the accommodation facility "Gercan Monbetsu", which is a mobile residence of Mongolian nomads called "Ger" in the city's marine park.
"Gel Camp Monbetsu" is a facility where you can stay in a ger imported directly from Mongolia, rent camping equipment and other equipment locally, and come empty-handed to enjoy BBQ and sightseeing in the area.
The room rate per night in one building is 16,000 yen (up to 2 people), and 2,000 yen per person after 3 people (up to 6 people). Preschoolers can share beds free of charge (1 person). 3,000 yen for one dog. The room types are 1 bed and 2 airbeds. There are a total of 5 rooms, one in each building.
BBQ and camping equipment rental, barbecue dishes such as fish and meat (fee not included). In addition, there is a tent sauna that can be rented in its entirety (10,000 yen for 3 hours, 20,000 yen for 1 night).
The Okhotsk Garinko Tower is a winter drift ice cruise. From August to autumn, we operate scallop fishing watches and starry sky cruises.
