There are two types of Okinawa route bus excursion passes: electronic and paper tickets. The target transportation is four route bus companies in the prefecture (Ryukyu, Naha, Okinawa, Toyo) and Yui Rail. High-speed buses, limousines, and regular sightseeing buses are not available. The target is limited to tourists from outside the prefecture.

Electronic tickets are purchased on the dedicated app "OTOPa". Paper tickets are available at the Naha Airport Domestic Tourist Information Center, the Okinawa Tourist Information Center in Naha City, and the bus terminals in Naha and Nago.

The one-day ticket is 1,820 yen for adults and 910 yen for children. One-day ticket + monorail is 2,190 yen for adults and 1,100 yen for children. The 3-day ticket is 3,640 yen for adults and 1,820 yen for children, and the 3-day ticket + monorail (for 1 day) is 4,000 yen for adults and 2,000 yen for children. Up to 30% of the regular price, 680 yen ~ 1,500 yen for adults and 340 yen ~ 750 yen for children. It will be on sale until Monday, October 31st. Since it uses a prefectural subsidy, sales will end when the budget is reached.

The number of rental cars in Okinawa Prefecture decreased from 41,155 in FY2019 to 32,467 in FY2020 (79% year-on-year) (Cabinet Office). JTB Okinawa said, "The current number of rental cars is about half of the peak. I would like you to actively use public transportation, including from an environmental perspective." I will talk to you.
