Experience program to learn about deep Okuhida at Okuhida Onsen Village (September only)|E-bike to the 2,702m point
The tourism association of Okuhida Onsen Town, in the northeastern part of Gifu Prefecture, will hold four types of "Okuhida Onsen Village Present Color Experience Program" to learn about the deep Okuhida in September only.
The "Okuhida Onsen Village Geniro Experience Program" is a new program developed with the theme of electric bicycles, cafes in old folk houses, and hot springs. Specifically, after climbing to the 2,702m altitude of Mt. Norikura on an electric bicycle E-bike, you can experience a tent sauna "Relax your mind with the wind, sound, and water of Norikura", "Okuhida Local Production for Local Consumption Cafe" where you can enjoy Hida gourmet food and snacks on the hearth of an old folk house, "Hot Spring Sommelier Certification Seminar" where you can acquire a hot spring sommelier qualification, and a hot spring charisma course. Experience measuring the amount of hot spring components such as calcium at the source.

Located at the foot of the Hida Mountains in the northeastern part of Gifu Prefecture, Okuhida Onsen Village is home to Hirayu Onsen and five other hot spring resorts, with more than 100 hot springs. It is popular as a base for sightseeing in Norikura Highland and Kamikochi.
