Kochi Prefecture proposes a trip to eat rice bowls as "Tosa Bowl Kingdom" for the ingredients of mountains, rivers, and the sea

Kochi Prefecture Tosadon Kingdom Campaign

Kochi Prefecture is running the "Tosa Bowl Kingdom" campaign, which proposes a trip to eat rice bowls with ingredients from all over the prefecture. The period is until Friday, March 31 next year.

The campaign offers a total of 21 types of rice bowls provided by restaurants in the eastern, central, and western regions of Kochi Prefecture in a "special guidebook" and " Special Website Introduced in. Guidebooks are available at tourist associations and roadside stations in the prefecture.

 

In the eastern part of the country, where the sea and mountains are located, there are 6 rice bowls, including "Muroto Kinme Bowl" and "Yuzu Vinegar Chicken Bowl". In the central part of the mountainous area, there are 9 bowls such as "Tosa Akaushi Roast Beef Bowl" and "Mountain Vegetable Bowl". Located in the Shimanto River basin, the western part of the country, where aquaculture is thriving in the sea, has six rice bowls, including "rice eggplant bowl" and "Suzaki Kanpachi (amberjack) bowl".
