A sauna with the image of a conch shell appeared at the glaping facility of Naoshima (early October)|Details of use are undecided
SANA MANE, a glamping-type resort facility in Naoshima, Setouchi, will open in early October with an additional sauna facility "SAZAE" on the premises. It is operated by Sanada Trust Co., Ltd. (Okayama Prefecture).

The theme is a fusion of nature, art, and resorts. The facility has a distinctive design reminiscent of a conch shell. The interior is composed of curved and curved surfaces, and the only daylight is the outside inlet and indirect lighting at the feet. The seat is curved to fit the body, so it reduces discomfort when the back is attached. The water bath is large enough to lie down and soak in large letters.
The sauna is limited to guests and is completely reserved. Details of the service will be announced at a later date.
It was designed by Kengo Kuma Architects and Urban Design Office, and supervised by TTNE, a sauna specialty brand. "I want you to spend such a special time on Naoshima, an island of art, where you can slowly feel the sunlight, the sound of the waves, and the wind, and connect with nature."
Local access is about a 10-minute walk from the Miyaura Port boat pier, the gateway to Naoshima.
