Haneda Airport Passenger Terminal Installed 100 Baggage Tarts Painted with Art for Persons with Disabilities
Japan Airport Terminal, which manages the Haneda Airport Passenger Terminal, installed a total of 100 baggage carts painted with art co-created by people with disabilities and professional designers in Terminals 1 and 2 to coincide with the Employment Promotion Month for Persons with Disabilities in September.

The project is part of the company's "HANEDA Diversity & Inclusion" initiative. The design of this baggage cart was used in the special exhibition " HANEDA Diversity & Inclusion Ideas from the future design exhibition "Challenged Design" developed at "Challenged Design". Six people with disabilities and 50 baggage carts decorated with art co-created by professional designers were installed in Terminals 1 and 2 of the airport.
The company says, "As the operator of the Haneda Airport Passenger Terminal, we want to create a 'friender' terminal that can be used by all diverse people with peace of mind, and we want to disseminate our efforts."
