HIS launches a service to recover data loss and compensate for damage to devices such as smartphones

On Tuesday, September 20, HIS launched the "HIS Device Support Pack," which includes recovery of data loss and compensation for repair costs for damaged or malfunctioning of electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets exclusively for travel product purchasers.

"Data dissemination" covers smartphones, tablets, PCs, digital cameras, video cameras, recording media, etc. It can be used up to twice a year. "Compensation" applies to smartphones, tablets, notebook PCs, mobile routers, etc. Up to 50,000 yen will be covered for repair costs in the event of an accident, exterior damage, water leak, or natural failure. Can be used twice a year for up to 2 terminals.

 

The monthly fee for this support pack is 550 yen. Purchases of travel products under the terms and conditions are valid after today (9/20) and cannot be retroactive. At present, it is free for up to 2 months until the month following the scheduled departure date of the trip, and the next trip fee is 150,000 yen or more, 3,000 yen for 80,000 yen or more, and 1,000 yen for 30,000 yen or more.
