Tourism EXPO Japan, one of the world's largest travel festivals, will be held in Tokyo for the first time in four years|Open to the public (9/24-25)
The Japan Tourism Promotion Association and other organizations will hold the travel festival "Tourism EXPO Japan 2022" on September 24 (Sat) ~ 25 (Sun) at Tokyo Big Sight East Exhibition Hall. 23 (Thu) and 24 (Fri) are Business Day.
This is the eighth Tourism Expo and the first time in four years since 2018 that it has been held in Tokyo. The theme of the event is "Challenge for a New Era ~ReStart~". It means aiming for a recovery in travel demand from the Corona disaster and a revival of the tourism industry. More than 250 organizations and businesses, including local governments, tourism bureaus, embassies, and tourism-related companies in Japan and overseas, will exhibit at the general day (official announcement will be made on September 22). We will provide information on seasonal travel, experience programs, local gourmet food, stage performances, etc.
Admission tickets are 1,000 yen in advance (until 9/23) Buy on the official website 1,300 yen on the day (purchase on the official website or at the venue). Admission is free for high school students and younger accompanied by a parent or guardian (bring your student ID). The event will be held on Saturday 24th 10:00～18:00、 25th (Sun) 10:00~17:00.
