The Saikaidon Fair was first held in 2006, and this is the 25th time it has been a specialty event. The fair was attended by 19 sushi restaurants, restaurants, inns, sweets shops, and other stores in the city. The bowl menu has a lineup of 31 types consisting of three categories: the basic version, the deluxe version, and the sweets bowl.
