There are four cafeterias at the Yamagata Prefectural Office. "Prefectural Office Cafeteria" on the 1st floor of Yamagata Prefectural Office, "Restaurant 16" on the 16th floor. There is also the Yamagata Prefectural Assembly's "Parliamentary Salon" and the "Police Cafeteria". We purchase locally grown ingredients and substandard vegetables from local farmers, and while working to reduce food loss, we take the time to provide delicious meals.
