Located on the 10th floor of Urayasu City Hall, this observatory café overlooks Tokyo Bay.
The popular daily lunch is a set of handmade meat and fish menus, miso soup and rice. The amount of rice can be large, medium, or small, and all are 600 yen. There are also authentic sweets such as waffle ice cream, fondant chocolate, and seasonal cakes. In response to the request, the whimsical burger shrimp katsu burger is back.
